Who we are

Redi-Fest Consignment is a web app run by Redi-Fest LLC ("Redi-Fest") at consign.redi-fest.com. Redi-Fest staff use it to record the items Redi-Fest sells on consignment, the sales of those items, and the payments owed to consignment clients. Consignment clients that Redi-Fest gives access to can sign in to view their own records.

Information from your Google account

When you sign in with Google, Google sends the app a sign-in token with your name, email address, profile picture link and a Google account ID. The app uses only your email address, along with Google's confirmation that it is verified, to check who you are and whether Redi-Fest has given you access as staff or as a consignment client.

The app doesn't request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar or any other Google data, and it doesn't store your name, picture or Google account ID. So that Google isn't asked again on every click, the result of the sign-in check (your email address) is kept in a temporary server cache for up to one hour and then discarded.

Consignment records

Items, sales, expenses, payments and client contact details are entered by Redi-Fest staff or imported from Redi-Fest's eBay seller account, and are stored in Google Sheets owned by Redi-Fest. A consignment client who signs in sees a view-only copy of their own records; Redi-Fest's internal notes and figures aren't included. The email addresses of clients who have been given access are stored in Redi-Fest's settings for that client.

Who handles the data

• Netlify hosts the web page and keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the time of each request.
• Google provides the sign-in, and the records are stored and processed with Google Sheets and Google Apps Script.

Redi-Fest doesn't sell this information, doesn't use it for advertising, and doesn't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Cookies

The app doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Google's sign-in service may set cookies it needs to sign you in.

Your choices

You can stop using the app at any time, and you can remove its sign-in connection from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/connections. To have your access or email address removed, or to ask what Redi-Fest holds about you, contact us using the details below. Consignment business records are kept for as long as Redi-Fest needs them for its business and legal obligations.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Redi-Fest Consignment's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
